Oral sessions instructions

Your presentation must be in English. Please use simple words and speak slower than normal - remember that you will be speaking to an international audience.

The time allowance for each presentation is 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions / discussion and change of speakers, excepting keynote lectures that will have 30 minutes in total. Careful time keeping is vital to be fair to other speakers and to ensure a smooth operation of the entire program.

Poster Sessions instructions

Posters are an important way of conveying scientific information. Poster presenters are required to attend their poster booth during the entire specified Poster Session scheduled during the different breaks in the hall of the auditorium.

Each poster presentation will be assigned a specific poster booth in the display area. An ideal format would be a vertical A0: 1189 × 841 mm.

The organizers will provide suitable materials to affix posters to the booth.
